Agaricus sylvicola

(Vittad.) Peck

Agaricus sylvicola is one of the most common species of the A. arvensis-group (yellow staining species which smell like bitter almonds). It grows in the forests, often in groups of several specimens. It is a good edible species. (m.f.)
