Original diagnosis

Pileo 1,5-4 cm lato, fragili, expanso, deinde ± depresso, margine obtusa, interdum flexuosa, primum levi, dein sulcata, violaceo, nitido. Stipite 2-4 × 0,4-1 cm, inferne clavato, albo. Carne crassiore, sed fragili, alba. Odore vix ullo. Sapore dulci. Lamellis mox distantibus, haud furcatis, paulum vero in aequalbus, attenuatis-liberis, deinde subsinuatis, albis. Sporis in pulvere albis. — Sporis 7-8,5-(9,2) × 5,7-6,7 µm, verrucis plerumque obtusis, saepe brevibus, cristulatis-connexis, confuse reticulatis vel subreticulatis. Basidiis 43-50 × 11,5-12,7 µm. Cystidiis subfusiformibus appendiculatis, 80-85 × 9-11,5 µm, epicute pilis obtusis, 1,5-4 µm, dermatocystidiis 5,5-8,5 µm latis. Laticiferis plurimis in hypodermate. - Sub Alnis viridibus, locis uliginosis, in subalpinis regionibus.
